She was predeceased by: her parents, Emile and Gilberte (Giroux); her spouse Real Marcil; her sister Nicole Twigg; and her sister-in-law Colette Parent.

She is survived by: her siblings, Andre (Judy), Raymond (Lise) and Louise (Henry); her siblings' children, Vicky, Steven, Marie-Josée, Daniel, Philippe, Julie, Bryan and Isabelle; and her aunt Émilienne. She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Paroisse St-Joseph. A Mass was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
