He is survived by: his spouse Corry; his children, Jack (Cynthia), Anthony (Pamela) and Linda (Robert); his grandchildren, Justin (Mandie), Mitchell, Rachel, Megan, Juliana, Adam, Lucas (Sydney), Hope and Theo; and his siblings, Anne Lamers and José Van Vonderen (Frans). He is also survived by his many extended family members and friends.
