She was predeceased by: her husband Peter. She is survived by: her children, Sonia Coward (Chris), Stephen McColgan (Elizabeth) and Lorna Pile (David); her grandchildren, Kaitlin Kent (Ethan), Hailey Symington (Scott), Rachel McColgan, Alexandra McColgan, Liam Pile and Quinn Pile; and her brother William Scarff (Elizabeth). She is also survived by her extended family and many dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of the People Parish (570 Marion Ave, Oshawa, ON L1J3B9). A burial was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at the Resurrection Cemetery (355 Taunton Rd E, Whitby, ON L1R3L4).
