Aileen Mountenay Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Aileen Mountenay (Oshawa, Ontario), born in Peterborough, Ontario, who passed away on November 16, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, John (Jack), Ted, Linda Butcher (Phillip) and Carol Kloosterman (Charles); her grandchildren, Cindy, Karen (Pete), Alicia (Albert), Joy (Nick), Phillip, Robbie and Kurtis; her great grandchildren, Billy (April), Lindsay, Damian, Nicholas, Alexandra and Olivia; her great great grandchildren, Chase, Summer and Sophia; her friend Madeline; her parents, Frank Elliott and Marie Elliott; and her husband Harry.
Their compassion, friendship and love for Grandma comforted her and her family for all her years there, especially her later years, where they kept her safe from COVID and provided loving companionship when it was difficult for family to visit.
