With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Allan Russel Francis (Oshawa, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 22, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Lois (Clare); his sibling's children, Cheryl (John), Lisa (Dale), Dan (Jennifer), James (Richard) and Larry (Dorothy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Josh (Jessie), Jessica (Tyler), Elizabeth, Evalina and Grayson; Brian and Matthew.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his siblings, Dorothy (Al) and Shirley (Peter); Wyatt, George, Raegan and Penelope.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of McIntosh-Anderson-Kellam Funeral Home (152 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H1B6). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
