He was predeceased by: his sibling Ranveig Myklebost of Norway. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his nephew Donald; and his siblings, Liv Sheer of Norway, Kristi Grönvold of Norway and Bergljot Nokling of Norway. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
