He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo and Evelina; and his brothers, Orazio and Nicola. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Gina Costa and Angelo (Angie); his grandsons, Marco, Ethan and Christian; and his siblings, Vincenzina and Francesco. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
