She was predeceased by: her husband Iwan 'John'; her siblings, John Guzelak, Pearl Majowsky, Michael Guzelak, Andrew Guzelak, Justyna Terek and Maria Kachnicz; and her parents, Mukola and Felicia.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry (Margaret Kowal), Roxa and Roxanne (John Chiusolo); and her sisters, Felicia Lubenko and Anastasia Kisil.
Due to COVID19 restrictions, registration is required to attend the visitation and service.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Ivan Franko Homes or St. George the Great Martyr Ukrainian Catholic Church.
