He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mitzel, Annie and Franz. He is survived by: his sister Rosel; his son Ron Martinelli (Julie Lemette); his grandchildren, Cole (Lindsey), Duncan (Amanda), Jake (Sam), Lauren and Atlas; his daughter Christine Martinelli (Paul Morin); his granddaughters, Melanie (Shane) and Jessica (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Leo, Noah, Adrianna and Kendal.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Oshawa Funeral Home (847 King St W, Oshawa, ON L1J2L4). A Mass was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Leo's Catholic Church (130 Watford St, Whitby, ON L1M1H2).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Ontario.
