She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Jones and Cora Jones; and her brother Richard Jones (Doris). She is survived by: her husband Donald Brown; her son Brandon Brown; her stepchildren, Tara Brown (Keith) and Chris Brown (Sandy); her stepgrandchild Turner Brown; her siblings, Pamela Jones and Kenneth Jones (Monica); her siblings' children, Sharlene (Dave), Jennene (Trevor), Jodene (Ryan), Marcene (Mark), Kelven, Keven and Rhonda; and her pet Cassie. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H1B6). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Oshawa Union Cemetery (760 King St W, Oshawa, ON L1J2L3).
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or a local animal rescue of your choice.
