She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Chappell. She is survived by: her children, Joe Chappell (Lori), Linda Czypyha (Steve), Eddie Chappell (Julie), Wayne Chappell (Darlene), Sue Colvin (Dave), Debbie Smithers, Ron Chappell (Colleen), Joff Chappell (Terri), Jay Chappell (Laurie), Tracy Parks (Darren) and Bobby Chappell; and her sister Peggy Matthews.

Due to COVID19 restrictions, space is limited and registration is required for the visitation.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
