A reception was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Oshawa Golf Club (160 Alexandra St, Oshawa, ON L1G2C4).

“I'm so very sad to hear of this news. My deepest condolences to Bill's wife and family. I knew Bill thirty-five years ago when I lived in Pickering and we would often golf on the weekends. I was not a close friend, but he certainly treated me like one, as I'm sure he treated everyone this way. He was kind, funny and so very likeable. We shared many good times together golfing and I will forever remember him for this. RIP Bill...........you'll be missed.”

I still see his flaming red hair, tearing around their house in Pickering when I would go over after school. His energy was infectious.
