He was predeceased by: his brothers, Charles (Helen), Andrew (Eleanor), George (Jennifer), John (Margaret) and James.
He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Catherine Kelly (Charles), Charles Cook (Catharine), David Cook and Sarah Robertson (Doug); his great grandchildren, Charles, Lachlan, Everest, Charlize, Mary and William; his siblings, Thomas (Agnes) and Frank (Margaret); and his caregivers, Lisa, Gideon, Arun, Ray and Lovell Drugs Rosslyn Plaza. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McIntosh-Anderson-Kellam Funeral Home (152 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H1B6). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Trinity Presbyterian Church (333 Rossland Rd W, Oshawa, ON L1J3G6).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bill to Lakeridge Health Foundation; Cancer Care or Presbyterian World Service and Development would be appreciated.
