It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brenda Ferguson (Oshawa, Ontario), born in Blacks Harbour, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 14, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her former husband George. She is survived by : her boyfriend Reid Leighton; her children, Todd and Tracey; her sister Barbara (Lindsay Schafer); her niece Katie; her grandson Jordan; her children-in-law, David and Michelle; and her step-grandchildren, Eric, Nicole, Jordan and Madelynne.

In lieu of flowers for Brenda, we are thankful for donations sent to the Lakeridge Health Cancer Care, whose cancer centre was so incredibly supportive and thoughtful throughout her treatments.
