He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Waugh (Schurman) of Summerside, PEI.; his sister Bev; his brother-in-law Bill Nicholson of Pickering, ON.; his mother-in-law Gina Conflitti (Benacquista); and his pets, Mink, Snickers and Roxy.
He is survived by: his wife Antonietta (Toni); his father Claude Waugh; his brother Randy (Judy) of Summerside, PEI.; his nephews, Billy (Laura), Jeremy Nicholson of Whitby, Travis and Colton Waugh of Summerside, PEI.; and also Tenley Dianne Nicholson. He is also survived by his many cousins, surviving aunts and uncles.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we kindly request that friends and family are double-vaxxed and a maximum of 40 people are welcome to attend. Proof of Vaccination will be requested at the door and all COVID-19 protocols will be in place.
