She was predeceased by: her sons, Philip De Freitas (Linda) and John De Freitas; and her siblings, Johnny, Rita De Abreu and Eugene De Abreu (Joan Ann).
She is survived by: her sons, Clement De Freitas and Stephen De Freitas (Christine); her grandchildren, Shane (Sue), Adam (Norelle), Josh (Kara), Tammy (Shane), Ryan (Kat), Sharley (Brittney), Kelly (Mark), Christopher (Laura) and Stephanie (Jason); her great grandchildren, Kehdanse, Shaykel, Exzhai, Logan, Grayson, Courtney, Brayden, Kiera, Hailey, Kenzie, Quinn, Asher, Isaac, Riley, Brooklyn and Greyson; and her sisters, Bernadette Jairam, Agnes Ferraz (late Albert) and Patsy Dembowski (Brian). She is also survived by her many, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oshawa Funeral Home (847 King St W, Oshawa, ON L1J2L4). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
