She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Nichol and Blanche Nichol; her sister Elizabeth; and her brother-in-law Austin. She is survived by: her husband Doug; her children, Rick (Amanda) and Amanda (Shawn); her grandchildren, Annabelle and Spencer; her mother-in-law Ruth; her siblings, Ivy, Cavell (Fraser), Golda, Rowena, Mavis, Sharon, Glen (Phyllis), Max (Mary), Wayne (Wanda) and Barry (Sherry); and her siblings-in-law, Claude, Brad (Bernadette), Linda and Deb (Ron). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.

As expressions of sympathy donations in Cassie's name may be made to the Pentecostal Cemetery Fund.
