She was predeceased by: her sister Julie Targonski (Walter); and her parents, Boleslaw Rychlik and Helen Rychlik. She is survived by: her husband Mike Bernacki; her children, Kelly Clough (Andy) and Michael Connor; her grandchildren, Emily Kerr and Phoenix Clough; and her sisters, Sabina Szutka (John) and Stephanie Ramotowski (Chester). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
