He was predeceased by : his parents, Bob and Marilyn. He is survived by : his wife Theresa; his children, Jordan, Tyler and Samantha; his mother-in-law Sherri; his siblings, Tom (Lisa) and Carrie (Peter); and his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Vanessa, Carlie and Charlotte.
