He is survived by: his wife Laura Green; his children, Lindsay Threlkeld (Jeff), Emily Green (Andrew Brien), Jessica Boisvert (Nick), Rosie, Brittaney Jones, Jacob Bradley, Bryant Gaudette and Preston Nichols-Reid; his grandchildren, Madison, Layla and Eden; and his siblings, Wayne Green and Kelly Shaw (Russell).

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
