He was predeceased by: his spouse Gail Parkhurst (Dawson); his sister Deborah Vella; and his parents, Robert James Parkhurst and Eunice Irene Fleguel. He is survived by: his children, Dallas (Helen) and Ryan (Jennifer); his stepdaughter Jacci Bowie (Scott); his grandchildren, Charlotte and Richard Bowie; and his siblings, Ken, Linda (Ray) and David (Vivian). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
