He is survived by: his siblings, Annette Hunter Ria Kelly (Rob), Sue Haines, Leslie Quackenbush (Jeff), Jennifer Haines, Amanda Scott, Karen Scott, Kelli Scott and Nicholas Haines (April); and his stepmother Diane Haines. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and many nieces and nephews.
