It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Joseph Powers (Oshawa, Ontario), who passed away on July 6, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Theresa; his parent May Powers; and his siblings, Bill, Bette Trudeau and Bob.
He is survived by: his daughters, Liz and Jane; his parent Leo Powers; and his sisters-in-law, Eleanor Powers, Mady Tobin, Flory Muise and Agnes McDougall. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Mary of the People Maintenance Fund would be appreciated.
