He was predeceased by : his parents, Edgar Hayden and Hazel Hayden. He is survived by : his wife Myra; his daughter Danielle Campbell (Jayme); his grandchildren, Zoe (Karan) and Lara; and his sisters, Catherine Morrit (John) and Jayne Hayden (Mark).

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Lakeridge Health Foundation.
