She was predeceased by: her spouse Fergus O'Brien. She is survived by: her son Larry O'Brien (Patricia Slute) of Little Britain; her grandchildren, John O'Brien (Jodi Lock), Paul O'Brien (Jenny) and Mary O'Brien; and her great grandchildren, Declan, Eliot, Liam and Sara. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the wearing of a mask/facial covering is mandatory.
