With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Vree MacDonald (Oshawa, Ontario), who passed away on December 3, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy MacDonald and Clara MacDonald (NS). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Tara (Laura), Trevor (Gillian), Melanie (Paul) and Philip (Jesse); his grandchildren, Owen, Gracie, Sophia, Jack and Dylan; and his siblings, Roy and Bernice (BC).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Oshawa Funeral Home (847 King St W, Oshawa, ON L1J2L4).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canadian Lung Cancer Society or Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation.
