It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Parker (Oshawa, Ontario), who passed away on July 25, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Parker; his siblings, Rene (Tony France) and Jean (Jeff Titterington); and his children, Jan (Kevin Warmington), Alison (Jeff Shura) and Hilary (Syerra Amores). He is also survived by his 5 Grandaughters, 1 Great-Grandson as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
