He was predeceased by: Frederic Born. He is survived by: his parents, Lori Smithson (Jack) and Packham; his siblings, Joanne Walsh (Robert) and Lisa Hart (Steve); and his nieces and nephews, Justin (Jesse), Amber (Troy), Brendon (Hayley), Dylan, Hunter, Hazel and Grey.
