He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth and Jim; and his brother Rob. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Rob and Melissa Butterfield (Darren); his grandchildren, Taylor (Tom) and Dylan; his brother Jimmy (Jennie); and his pet Piper.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H1B6). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. The family has chosen to send donations to CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIETE CANADIENNE DU CANCER.
