He is survived by: his wife Diane Elizabeth Miller; his sisters, Jane Demooy and Trudy DeMooy Barton (Craig Barton); his aunts and uncles, Thomas Barton and Emily Barkwell (James); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Clark and Thomas Barkwell; his son-in-law William Southgate (Holly); his grandchildren-in-law, Evan, Logan and Dave; his brother-in-law David Miller (Debi); his uncle Leo; and his aunt Grace Demooy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Newcastle Funeral Home (386 Mill St S, Newcastle, ON L1B1C6). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
