We announce the death of Geraldine Ann (Hefferan) Murphy of Oshawa, Ontario, who passed away on August 13, 2026, at the age of 76. Geraldine Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo and Agnes. She is survived by: her husband Kevin; her children, Suzanne Meade (Gary) of Oshawa, Elaine McReynolds (Colin) of Kitchener, Colleen Iacobelli (Victor) of Caledon and John Murphy (Amy) of Chalk River; her grandchildren, Nicole, Mathew, Sadie, Finley, Colin, Zachary, Arminio and Georgia; her stepgrandsons, Luciano and Julian; her great grandchild Alina; and her siblings, Carmel (Elwin) of Chapel Arm, Leo of Bellevue, Mary, Barbara, Michael and Peter. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
