He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil McPhail and Elsie McPhail. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; and his siblings, Dave McPhail (Faye), Barb Inward (Bob), Darlene Bush (Mel) and Elaine Foster (Laurie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
