He is survived by: his daughters, Jerri Lee Newton and Janice Bassett; his son-in-law Troy; his granddaughters, Caitlyn Mills (Mitch), Tori Bassett and Karly Bassett; his siblings, Donna Sargent, Alan Sargent and Paul Sargent; and his nephew Graham Sargent (Megan The).
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Stefano Funeral Home (1289 Keith Ross Dr, Oshawa, ON L1H7K4). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Stefano Funeral Home Chapel (1289 Keith Ross Dr, Oshawa, ON L1H7K4).
