He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Irmeli; his children, Raymond, Theresa Forget (Katherine Smith), Richard LaPlante and Joseph LaPlante; his father Johnny Federchuk (Cally); his daughter Sonja; and his siblings, Noella Bégin (late Aime), Gerald (Lucy), Roland (Mirelle), Walter, Simone St, Violet Gadoury (Roland), Henri, Jimmy and Marcel. He was also cherished by his many nieces and nephews.
Followed by interment at Resurrection Cemetery (355 Taunton Rd., E Whitby) Reception will be held after the interment at Oshawa Funeral Home 847 King St. W. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favourite charity.
