He was predeceased by : his parents, Stephen Butler and Susanna Butler (Fawcett); his daughter Mary Victoria (Jason Fiorotto); his wives, Linda Anne Wilson and Patricia Lawson; and his siblings, Ross and Vera.
He is survived by : his significant other Linda Ellen Furuya; his sons, Matthew John (Stephanie Summers) and Peter Russell (Angela Bagnall); and his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Kate, Tessa, Victoria, Molly and Wilson.
