Halina Rowny Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Halina Rowny (Oshawa, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Halina shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Halina farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wladyslaw. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Rowny (Cindy) and Lisa Balling (Paul Freeburn); and her grandchildren, Jack and Bastian.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H1B6). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Society.
