She was predeceased by: her husband Zenoviy Kulynych. She is survived by: her daughter Natalia Kolacz (Eugene); her grandchildren, Anna and Nazar; her daughter Oksana Ivashchenko (Ihor); her grandson Lukyan; her great grandchild Oleh; her sister Oleh Babiy; her sibling-in-law Valentyna; and her sibling's children, Andriy and Halyna. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, and her entire extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer that visitors give a donation for Hanna's urn travel costs to Ukraine.
