With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harry Dyas in Oshawa, Ontario, who passed away on September 3, 2023 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his significant other Hilda Ann; and his parents, Edith and John Henry. He is survived by : his children, Susan Jane (Danny), Denise (Paul) and Tom; and his sister Dorothy.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 8th 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 9th 2023 at 1:30 PM at the Oshawa Funeral Home (846 King St W, Oshawa, ON L1J2L5). A burial was held on Saturday, September 9th 2023 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Harry's name to the Oshawa Simcoe Hall Settlement House Food Bank, the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 43, Kiwanis or any charity of your choice.
