He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Hayes Bonnie Zauerhagen (Heather Adamson) and Lori Miller (George); his children, Mike Hayes and Leigh-Ann Hayes (Len Tobin); his stepson Justin Derrick (Anik); his grandchildren, Michael (Allie Ash), Cameron, Jamieson and Jack; and his friend Elfie Hayes.
