He was predeceased by : his parents, Stan and Therese; and his brother Robert. He is survived by : his wife Janine; his grandchildren, Kristina and Jesse; his daughters, Lisa Kruk (James) and Stephanie Kruk; and his sister Anne-Marie (Walter). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to St. Hedwig's Renovation Fund, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
