He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Devon Knowlton (George) and Allison; his stepchildren, Gregory, Adam (Danielle), Amanda (Josh) and Jennifer; his stepgrandchildren, Harleigh and Hudson; his grandchildren, Avery, Isaiah, Stanley and Noah; and his pet Rory. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
