It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Taylor (Oshawa, Ontario), who passed away on October 12, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Garry Burk (late Pat). She is survived by: her son Paul Burk (Carol); and her grandchildren, Keith, Catharine Burk, Cheryl Burk and Owen Burk. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
