Though Hildred may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Hildred touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Eby; her parents, William Manning and Annie Horton Manning; and her siblings, Ken (Lettie), David (Helen), Dennis Manning, Gladys (Don Schoenfeld) and Irene.
She is survived by: her sister Lillian (Bud Eltherington) of Cambridge; and her sons, William Eby (Laura) and Robert Eby (Gail). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
