He is survived by: his wife Darlene Pursel; his children, Duncan and Harley; his parents, Barry Tate and Susan Tate of Fenelon Falls; and his father-in-law Bill Chaplin (late Liz Chaplin). He is also survived by his 10 nieces and nephews.
