We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jan Ciosk (Oshawa, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen; his children, John, MaryT, Dianne and Stan (Stawiarski); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Mary Ann and Kasia.

Due to Covid restrictions will be in place and services will be private, In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Hedwig's Parish Church in Oshawa.
