She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Carruthers; and her son Alan Carruthers (Sharon). She is survived by: her children, Dave Carruthers (Jan) and Karen Racioppa (Rick); her grandchildren, Steve (Chantal), Mike (Jen), Derek (Sam), Val (Celia), Alex (Kirsten), Sarah and Alan; her great grandchildren, Lily, Jack, Tabitha, Fredrick, Piper, Callum, Savannah, Carter, Alexandra and Spencer; and her sister-in-law Irene. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
