She was predeceased by: her husband Alan; and her son David Mitchell. She is survived by: her children, Paul Skaife (Monica), Joanne De Leo (Carlo) and John Skaife (Mary); her grandchildren, Christina Shelswell (Kenny), Lucas De Leo, Nigel Skaife, Jeremy Skaife and Caleb Skaife; and her sister Donna Garrard (Alan).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Charles H. Best Diabetes Centre or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
