He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine. He is survived by: his children, Ginette, Jacques (late Judy), Line, Denis and Luc (Leslie); and his siblings, Rachel Couture, Helen Guay, Soeur Lorrette Guay and Ti Louis Phillipe Guay. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family.
