He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Andrew (Grace Andrew) and Grace Andrew; the mother of his children Amanda Jeffery; his parents, Christopher Andrew (Sharon Andrew) and Sharon Andrew; his sister Jennifer Fischer (Ryan Fischer); his brother-in-law Ryan Fischer; and his nephew Cole Fischer.
