He was predeceased by: his father Max Mercer. He is survived by: his mother Nola Mercer (Lahey); his brothers, Gerard and Jim; his sister-in-law Tania Robinson; his nephews, Kieran and Tristan of Ottawa, Ontario.; and his cousins, Carol, Colleen and Clifford.
